In 2006 at the end of February I offered to go to a Tan trial with a friend who needed some moral support.  We only did the walk/run thing but it got me thinking…………….. I would love to be able to run around the Tan non- stop!!  Well, I can now and although still a plodder, I really do enjoy running when I can.  I am a 40 something year old mother of two boys and hope I can run as long as possible to keep up with them!!
